Money questions, answered.
How does the minute counter work?+
Each answered call counts in whole minutes, so a 20-second call uses one minute and a 70-second call uses two. Unanswered calls do not count.
Is there a setup fee?+
Not for the phone receptionist plans — setup is included and done for you. Hotel and restaurant plans have a one-time setup, waived when you pay annually.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly plans are month to month. Annual plans get two months free, with a 14-day money-back window.
What happens if I go over my minutes?+
Calls are never cut off. Extra minutes are billed at the overage rate shown on your plan, and if you keep going over we move you to the plan that is cheaper for you.
How do I pay?+
By card, in your currency. Prices exclude local taxes where they apply.
