How does the minute counter actually work?+
Every second of conversation between Aria and a caller counts — inbound or outbound. Ringing time, hold music, and time before the caller speaks do not count. Conversations are billed per second, not rounded up to the minute.
What is the setup fee for?+
One-time onboarding: writing Aria’s system prompt for your business, training her on your scripts and products, connecting your calendar/CRM/WhatsApp, provisioning your phone number, and a live test call together. Typically 3–7 working days. Waived if you commit annually.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month — cancel any time, no questions. Annual plans are paid upfront with a 14-day money-back window. We do not lock you in.
Is there a free trial?+
No formal trial, but the live widget at the top of /solutions/voice-agent is a real working Aria you can talk to before you spend a rupee. For your specific business we do a paid pilot — ₹9,999 setup, first month at half price — so you can run it on real calls before committing.
What happens if I exceed my minutes?+
You roll over into the per-minute overage rate (₹15/₹12/₹10 depending on plan). No call gets cut off mid-conversation. If you consistently overshoot, we move you up a plan and refund the overages — usually cheaper.
Annual discount?+
Two months free on annual — pay for 10, get 12. Plus the setup fee waived on Agency.
What about StaffLenz, FrameOn, AI CRM or other Lenz AI products?+
Those are scoped per business — there is no shelf price because the work varies a lot. Tell us what you need on the contact form and we will quote within 24 hours. Most StaffLenz deployments land between ₹4,999 and ₹14,999/month depending on cameras and locations.
