This Privacy Policy explains how Lenz AI (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit lenzai.org, use our services (Voice Agents, FrameOn, StaffLenz, AI CRM, AI Ads, AI Marketing Team, AI Trading and Custom AI Agents — collectively, the “Services”), or interact with us in any way.

1 · Who we are
Lenz AI is operated from Kochi, Kerala, India. For privacy questions, write to hello@lenzai.org.
2 · What we collect
- Information you give us — name, email, phone, business name, company, payment details (processed by our payment partner), the contents of forms and onboarding wizards, and anything you say or write to our AI agents.
- Information collected automatically — pages you visit, time spent, browser type, device type, truncated IP address — used to keep the site working and prevent abuse.
- Voice and call data — when you talk to our Voice Agent (Aria) or call an Aria deployed for a customer, the conversation is recorded, transcribed and analysed for sentiment. The AI identifies itself at the start of every call.
3 · How we use it
- Deliver and operate the Services
- Respond to your enquiries and onboard you onto a plan
- Send transactional and administrative emails (booking confirmations, invoices, account changes)
- Improve the Services and train our AI for accuracy — using anonymised, aggregated data only
- Comply with legal obligations including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”)
4 · Sharing with processors
We share data only with the partners required to deliver the Services. Each is contractually bound to protect it:
- ElevenLabs — voice synthesis and conversational AI
- Twilio — telephony for inbound and outbound calls
- Vercel — website hosting
- Resend — transactional email
- Razorpay / Stripe — payment processing (we do not store your card details)
- Anthropic, OpenAI, Google — large language models that power our AI
- Customer's chosen CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, etc.) where you direct us to push leads
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5 · Voice recording specifics
Every Voice Agent call begins with an AI disclosure (“Hi, I'm Aria — an AI assistant…”). Calls are recorded, transcribed and stored for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days, then deleted unless you request earlier deletion. You can request a copy or deletion of any recording by emailing hello@lenzai.org.
6 · Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies (session, security, language preference) and lightweight analytics. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.
7 · Data retention
- Account and billing data: while your account is active, plus up to 7 years for tax compliance.
- Call recordings and transcripts: duration of subscription + 30 days.
- Marketing leads (from forms): 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Anonymised training data: retained indefinitely once it has been stripped of personal identifiers.
8 · Your rights under the DPDP Act
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Have your data deleted (subject to lawful retention obligations)
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis of processing
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India

9 · Children
The Services are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10 · International transfers
Some of our processors operate outside India. Data transferred internationally is protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
11 · Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest where possible. We do not store full payment card details — those go directly to our payment partner. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
12 · Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with the “Last updated” date changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
