Does she actually sound human?+
On English, Hindi, Spanish and Arabic — yes, near-indistinguishable. On Malayalam and Tamil, very good but worth a listen before deploying for a high-stakes account. The widget above is the real thing — try her and judge for yourself.
Is using AI for calls legal in India?+
Yes — when used right. Aria always identifies as AI, only calls within legal hours, and never cold-dials scraped numbers. We use her for inbound calls (full consent), warm outbound (people who engaged with you), and your existing customers. Cold-dialling random consumer numbers in India is illegal and we will not build that for you.
Can she handle Manglish or Tanglish (mixing languages)?+
Yes — this is one of her best tricks. People mix English with Malayalam or Tamil constantly in everyday speech. Aria understands the mix and responds in the same blend, which is what makes her feel native instead of robotic.
What happens when she cannot answer?+
She escalates. She tells the caller "let me get a human on this," captures the issue, and either transfers the call live to your number or schedules a callback with full context. No dead ends.
How does pricing work?+
Per-minute, with a small monthly base. Real cost lands at roughly ₹10–15 per minute of conversation in India, including telephony. We charge a healthy markup on that and a fixed setup fee. Exact pricing depends on volume — book a discovery call and we will walk through it.
How long does setup take?+
A basic Aria for your business — one day. Trained on your scripts, wired to your calendar and CRM, on your own phone number — three to seven days. We do the setup; you review and approve.
Will she work with our existing phone number?+
Yes. We can port your number, forward unanswered calls to her, or give her a fresh number and route as you wish. Twilio is our usual telephony layer.
What about recording and privacy?+
Every call is recorded and transcribed for your CRM — but only with the disclosure played at the start of the call. Storage is in your region; recordings are deletable on request. We follow India’s DPDP Act.
