These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lenz AI's website, products and services. By using anything we offer you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1 · Definitions
- “Lenz AI”, “we”, “us”, “our” — Lenz AI, operated from Kochi, Kerala, India.
- “Customer”, “you” — the individual or business using our Services.
- “Services” — Voice Agents (Aria), StaffLenz, FrameOn, AI Marketing Team, AI Ads, AI CRM, AI Trading and Custom AI Agents.
2 · Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your business. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
3 · Subscription, billing & cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly or annually, as chosen at signup.
- Setup fees are one-time, waived on annual plans where applicable.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified, plus applicable taxes (GST).
- Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the next billing cycle.
- Annual plans are non-refundable after the 14-day money-back window described on the pricing page.
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price until their next renewal.
- Overage is billed at the per-minute rate listed for your plan.
4 · Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Break any law, including telecom, data protection or advertising regulations
- Cold-call numbers without consent, or without the DLT registration required by TRAI in India
- Impersonate any person or another business
- Disable, modify or hide our AI's required identification as an AI
- Send spam, scams, harassment, hate speech, or violent content
- Process payments for or transact in illegal goods or services
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or build a competing product on top of our infrastructure
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
5 · AI-specific terms
- Aria and all our voice agents identify as AI in the first sentence of every call. You agree not to disable this disclosure.
- Calls are recorded with caller disclosure played at the start.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of any list of phone numbers, emails or WhatsApp numbers you provide for outbound campaigns. You confirm you have the consent or legal basis to contact those people under applicable laws including the Indian Telegraph Act, TRAI regulations and the DPDP Act.
- We may refuse to process clearly cold, scraped, or non-consented lists.
- AI outputs (text, voice, decisions) can occasionally be wrong. You are responsible for human review of any critical action (medical, legal, financial advice the AI should never give).
6 · Customer obligations
- Provide accurate setup and onboarding information.
- Comply with all telecom regulations, including TRAI DLT registration for commercial calls and SMS where required.
- Obtain necessary consents for personal data of your customers that you share with us.
- Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any breach.
- Pay on time. Late payments may result in suspension and reconnection fees.
7 · Intellectual property
The Services, including our software, designs, AI prompts, brand assets and documentation, are owned by Lenz AI. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for the duration of your subscription. You retain ownership of your own data, scripts, brand voice and customer lists. You grant us a limited licence to use that data only to deliver the Services.
8 · Confidentiality
Both sides agree to keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential, and to use it only to deliver or use the Services.
9 · Service availability & SLA
We aim for 99.9% uptime for the Services. Calls and AI conversations depend on third-party providers (ElevenLabs, Twilio, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) whose availability we cannot fully guarantee. We are not liable for downtime caused by our partners or by force majeure.
10 · AI Trading disclaimer
The AI Trading product is a tool, not investment advice. Trading involves risk of loss. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. You are solely responsible for your trades, strategies and risk decisions. Past or backtested performance does not predict future results.
11 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost revenue.
12 · Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Lenz AI harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law (including telecom and data-protection regulations).
13 · Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for serious violations of acceptable use. Upon termination you remain liable for any unpaid fees, and your data will be deleted within 90 days unless we are legally required to retain it.
14 · Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
15 · Dispute resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Please contact hello@lenzai.org first. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seat at Kochi, India, in English, before a sole arbitrator appointed by us. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
16 · Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on this page with the “Last updated” date changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
